This virtual consultation is designed to help us understand your business, identify your formation needs, and recommend the appropriate formation and launch support. Business formation services, state filing fees, registered-agent fees, licensing costs, and other third-party expenses are separate from the consultation fee. Your consultation fee will be credited in full toward an eligible Business Formation & Launch service purchased within 30 days of your consultation.
