Refund & Cancellation Policy

At COY Inc., we want our policies to be clear, fair, and straightforward. Because our services involve professional time, preparation, research, administrative work, and customized support, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.

Consultations & Appointments

Consultation fees are refundable when a cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed without notice are generally non-refundable. We understand that unexpected circumstances occur and may allow rescheduling at our discretion.

Business & Professional Services

For formation, management, bookkeeping support, tax preparation, and other customized services, a full refund may be requested before work has begun.

Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable because professional time and resources have already been committed. If a service is canceled before completion, COY may review the work performed and determine whether a partial refund or service credit is appropriate.

Filing & Third-Party Fees

Government filing fees, registered-agent fees, payment-processing fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable once paid or submitted to the applicable provider or agency.

COY is not responsible for refunds of fees collected directly by third parties.

Digital Products

Downloadable products, templates, guides, and other digital materials are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except in cases of duplicate purchase, technical error, or another issue determined by COY.

Service Packages & Ongoing Support

Cancellation of recurring or ongoing services applies to future service periods and does not generally result in refunds for services already provided or work already performed.

Any additional cancellation terms included in a signed service agreement will govern that engagement.

Questions or Refund Requests

Refund and cancellation requests should be submitted in writing through the contact information provided on our website. Please include your name, service purchased, and reason for the request.

COY Inc. reserves the right to review individual circumstances and issue refunds, credits, or rescheduling accommodations when appropriate.
